As of Monday 8th of August 2022 the way the requests for appointments and e-consultations will change. Each day A clinician will assess each request and decide on the best course of action for the individual. This is something reception have no control over. The clinician will decide whether a face to face, prescription or telephone appointment is needed. Please be aware it may not be on the same day. Please continue to complete the e-consultations wherever possible.

Please note the e-consultation will switch off once the surgery is fully booked for the day and re-open again at 08.00 the next working day. If you feel you cannot wait until the following day please call the surgery or NHS111. We now offer appointments at extended access which are available in the evening and weekends. Please ask for details.

Prescriptions

Please note we only issue prescriptions between the hours of 8am and 12pm Monday - Friday,  please allow 48 working hours.

We are unable to issue emergency prescriptions.  If you do run out NHS 111 can issue an emergency
